Baby sleep tips

Good quality sleep is one of the main parts of radiant health. During the good night sleep we recover our damaged body cells and heal, our hormone and nervous systems are getting in balance and we rest emotionally and physically.

Sleeping in appropriate hours may help your body to produce the melatonin - our sleep hormone. Nowadays, many people have sleep issues because of incorrect bed routine.

First step you should take to build your sleep routine is to create your before bed ritual.

  1. Try to go to sleep at the same time and if possible before 23:00

  2. Take a relaxing bath with epsom or sea salt and light up a candle to create cozy atmosphere

  3. Use less lights after the sunset

  4. Ventilate your bedroom before going to sleep

  5. Use lavender essential oil on your pillow

  6. Do not use any electronic device 2h before going to sleep

  7. Read a book

  8. Wake up early and get enough sunlight during the day

  9. Try to avoid taking important decisions before going to sleep

  10. Exercise during the day

  11. Do not take caffeine drinks after lunch

Little by little implement those advises in order to make your sleep quality better and you will see how it will impact on your general health, you will have more energy, feel more focused and even more happy and healthy.
