Super tip to create different low carb, gluten free anti-inflammatory dishes!
The Zucchini Noodles became my favorite meal! When I begun an anti-inflammatory diet, I started to look for a no grain pasta replacement, that's how Zoodles came to my life. First of all, it's super easy to make. Second, it can be a bace for more than 10 absolutely different combinations.
To make Zoodles you will need a mandolin
You need to wash your zucchini and slice it on a mandolin trying to get long "noodles" from the zucchini. Place your noodles in a large bowl, add some olive oil and a little bit of Himalaya salt and massage it until it will become soft.
Now is time for your creativity!
you can dress noodles with tomato sauce, pesto or any dressing you want.
Zoodles work good with any animal protein or you can make it absolutely vegan!
My favorite is Zoodles with Tamari - Tahini dressing, prawns or wild salmon and sesame seeds.
